Ottawa County Geographic Information System (GIS)

GIS mapping is used extensively in Ottawa County. It is used in parcel mapping, subdivision plat mapping, Board of Elections voter locating, E-911 location-based response services (LBRS), CAUV soil calculations, road and bridge data collection, water and sewer data collection, and a myriad of other uses.

Maps are available to be made through the use of the GIS data. To request a map, please contact Rebecca using one of the methods above. Digital copies will be sent via email for free. The cost for printed copies varies depending on page size and color/ B&W. All map requests are completed on a first come, first served basis. The parcel layers are constantly undergoing change. If the time to construct your request exceeds longer than we expected, you will be notified.

If you’ve ordered a print it must be picked up at the Auditor’s office. Our hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm weekly. Also, please keep in mind we take cash or check only. Make checks payable to: Ottawa County Auditor
